Email support@e1ulife.com. Tell us the email address on your account and what happened, and we'll look into it and reply by email.
Help inside your account
Once you're signed in, the support assistant in your back office answers most questions straight away. If it can't, it sends us a ticket and we pick it up from there.
Stopping your membership
Sign in, open Settings, and choose "Stop my membership". You keep everything until the end of the month you've already paid for. If you can't find it, write to us and we'll stop it for you.
Sending your payment back
If this isn't for you, tell us and we'll send your money back. The details are in our policy on sending your payment back.
